Senator Rieger, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
Health, Education and Social Services Committee referral be waived             
on HOUSE BILL NO. 468 "An Act extending the termination date                   
of the Citizens' Review Panel for Permanency Planning."  Without               
objection, it was so ordered.                                                  
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 468 was referred to the Labor and Commerce                      
Committee.
